『肆』 適合弱視訓練的游戲

適合弱視訓練的游戲如下：

1、穿圈訓練：手持直徑1厘米的圓圈，用弱視眼看準圓圈，同時用一鐵絲穿過，每日反復訓練，到能迅速准確地穿過此圈時為止。

2、刺點訓練：正常注視或經過注視訓練後恢復為中心注視者可選用本訓練。可在普通的白紙上用點線畫成各鍵畢種動物或物體作為訓練用圖畫。

4、集合訓練法：本療法的目的是增強集合力。將患者下頜固定不動，令其注視某目標，再讓該目標逐漸向鼻尖靠近，此時橋伏眼不斷增強集合力，如此反復進行，可以訓練集合。

5、眼肌訓練：眼肌訓練是令患者注視目標，並追隨目標(目標擺動方向和速度可以根據不同情況進行調整)。取一能變更擺動方向和旋轉速度的棒桿，先將患兒頭固定之後，將棒桿稿消芹做水平運動或做旋轉運動或向斜方向運動，令其注視棒桿尖端並追隨棒桿向各方向擺動，以訓練眼肌。
