一、開始部分:

二、基本部分:

小馬過河

玩法:平衡木四組,幼兒每人一個沙包 ,聽到口令後,幼兒將沙包放於頭頂上,兩手平舉,等上小橋——平衡木,平衡到達另一端,幼兒自由活動,也可以分組比賽活動。

規則:若沙包掉下或幼兒從平衡木掉下即為失誤。

、教師示範做動作。

4、幼兒在活動場地上自由練習頭頂沙包兩手平舉的動作,

老師及時糾正不正確的動作。

童年做過的游戲很多很多,大部分已漸漸忘掉,但提起」小馬過

河」游戲卻始終記憶猶新,它曾帶來太多太多的快樂,也曾將它很好

的運用到教學中.它不僅做起來很方便,只要一片空地,畫兩個大小

相等的方塊,四個人即可以進行的活動,而且不受年齡,性別,場地,

器材,時間的限制,參加的人數可多可少,且趣味性高,娛樂性強.

一

,游戲准備

空的場地一塊,粉筆一支(可以石子,樹枝等物品代替).用粉筆

在場地上畫兩個平行的長方形的方塊,兩方塊的外側留一個缺口作進出

」.裡面相鄰的四角畫上弧.兩個方塊的間距即為」河」,大約一 的」門

人到一人半寬,(場地的大小可以根據人數的多少適當的進行調整).

二,游戲目的

1,增強學生的單足跳能力,發展學生腿部力量以及協調能力.

2,提高學生參加體育活動的興趣,激發學生體育活動的參與性與競

爭性,讓學生在學習體育活動的時候體會到什麼是快樂的玩,快樂的學.

3,培養學生自主,合作與探究的能力以及團結互助,分工協作的

團隊意識與集體主義精神.

三,游戲方法

將人數分成相等的A,B兩個組,比賽開始兩組進攻隊員從自家門

出發,防守人員留守在家裡防守.以A組為例,A組進攻人員由自家的

「門」口出發,出了」門」就必須採用單足跳,中途不得換腳,迅速地

單足跳過」河」.(過」河」的時候本方人員可以在」門」內的」河邊」

區域給本方隊員攙扶,幫助其順利過」河」,而B組防守的隊員此時則

會在」河」的一側阻止A組隊員順利過」河」),B組就贏得比賽.

四,游戲規則

1,在游戲過程中隊員只要一出家」門」或未到對方的」門」就必

須採用單足跳,另一隻腳不得著地,中途也不得換腳,著地或換腳的

隊員則屬於違例,必須迅速地退出比賽.

2,除了弧線可踩,別的線無任本方的還是對方的踩到線都屬於違

例,必須迅速退出比賽.

3,必須越過」河」才能到對方區域踩弧線,未過」河」則去對方

區域踩線的屬於違例,必須迅速退出比賽.

4,隊員在過」河」時被拉進本方區域或被對方隊員拉進對方區域

的,則這名隊員已經出局,必須迅速退出比賽,以免影響比賽繼續進行.

5,只要本隊任一個人踩到對方的弧線,本隊就贏得這場比賽.

五,游戲建議

1,出局的隊員要迅速退出比賽;在隊員試圖過」河」的時候,教

師要多提醒對方隊員只准拉,不準推,以免受傷

2,此游戲的實用性比較普遍,任何年齡段學生都可以做這個游戲.

3,」河」的寬度在一到一個半人之問為宜,高年級的學生做這個

游戲可以適當的將」河」加長加寬.太窄過」河」難度太大,太寬過

「河」難度太低,兩種情況都會降低游戲的趣味性.

4,教師可以通過改變」河」的長與寬來不斷的增加游戲的難度,

從而激發學生取勝的鬥志.也可以通過改變方塊區域的大小,來增加

或減少人數,人太多可能會亂,太少可能缺少趣味性.

5,教師可以在每次比賽開始的時候給兩隊一定的時間,讓他們相

互討論,確定本隊的進攻與防守隊員,布置好本隊的攻防戰術,要激勵

學生分工合作,特別是進攻與防守人員的合理分配,以及攻守的相互轉

換,以便尋求更易取勝的方法或途徑,培養隊員的集體主義榮譽感.

2.2.1不同色譜柱對檢測結果的影響

一

氯苯的分離效果與色譜柱的極性,長度等因素有關,本實驗選

用三種極性不同極性的色譜柱HP一5非極性柱,DB一1701中極性柱,

DB—WAX強極性柱進行分析比較,考察色譜柱對檢測結果的影響.

由圖9和圖1O可以看出,使用HP一5和DB—WAX分離一氯苯的

效果較好,但考慮HP一5應用普遍,最終選擇HP一5非極性柱.

2.2.2柱溫對檢測結果的影響

一

般情況下,柱箱溫度要高於待測物質的沸點,柱箱溫度過低,

待測物質的響應值低或無響應,試驗根據一氯苯的沸點選取

110,120,130,140?開展研究,考察柱箱溫度對實驗結果的影響.當柱

箱溫度為130%時一氯苯的靈敏度較高,最終確定柱箱溫度為130%.

2.2.3不同襯管對檢測結果的影響

一

氯苯的分離效果與襯管體積大小有關,本實驗選用大體積和小

體積襯管進行分析比較,考察襯管對檢測結果的影響.結果顯示使用

大襯管效果優於小襯管,最終選擇大體積襯管.

2-3標准曲線

本試驗使用外標法進行定量,定量標准曲線范圍在O.1,2mg/L,

氯苯的回歸方程為Y=1.48×10x+l1.76和相關系數為R=O.9999.

2.4最低檢測質量濃度

本方法檢出限根據美國EPA的規定確定.配製濃度為0.100mg/L

的標准溶液進行重復測量,重復測定7次,按公式MDL=3.14SD進行

計算,得出最低檢測質量濃度0.005mg/L.

2.5加標回收率

本試驗選用純水和管網水進行高,低兩個濃度的加標回收率試驗,

加標量分別為0.2,1.8mg/L,考察新方法的准確度,方法加標回收率

為101.4,103.4%,滿足實驗室質控要求.

2.6精密度

用純水配製成濃度為0.2,1.8mg/L的樣品各測定七次,考察新方法

的精密度,最終得出本方法的相對標准偏差(RSD)為1.6%,6.94%,符

合研究需求.

3結語

採用頂空氣相色譜法檢測水中一氯苯,方法簡單,靈敏度高,准

確,重現性好.此方法適合水源水和飲用水中一氯苯的測定.
